As a client, it is imperative that you are fully informed of your total payment due at the commencement of session. Please find below a breakdown of our policy:

Payment Information:
- It is important for clients to be fully aware of their total payment due at the beginning of each session.

Late Cancellation Fees:
- If a session is missed due to a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file.
- Sessions will last 30-60 minutes depending on the appointment type, and if a client arrives late, the session must still end on time.

No-Show Fees:
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without adequate notice will result in a $50 fee for the no-show, and repeated no-shows will lead to the termination of therapy.
- Clients will be charged a $50 no-show fee if they are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
- We request at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice for any cancellations to avoid incurring no-show costs.
