As a client, it is your responsibility to be fully informed about your total payment due at the start of each session.

Late Cancellation Fees:

​

A $25 fee will be charged for any session missed due to a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance. The credit card information on file will be used to process this payment.

Therapy sessions will last 30-60 minutes, contingent upon your appointment type.  Please keep in mind that if you arrive late for your appointment, you must still end the session on time.

No-Show Fees:

 

If you fail to show up for a planned appointment without providing adequate cancellation notice, you will be charged $50 for the no-show session. Multiple no-shows will result in the termination of therapy.

Given the length of time allotted for each meeting, it is crucial that you arrive on time. You will be charged a $50 no-show fee if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. To avoid paying no-show costs, we request at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice for any cancellations (as specified above).
