Immigration Evaluations

At The Therapy Corner Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, we offer comprehensive immigration evaluations designed to support individuals navigating the immigration process. Our evaluations are tailored to meet the specific needs of your case and provide clinically grounded documentation to support legal proceedings.

We currently provide evaluations for the following case types:

• Extreme Hardship Waivers

• VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Petitions

• U Visas

• T Visas

• Asylum Applications

Each evaluation includes a thorough psychosocial assessment, which explores:

• Presenting mental health symptoms

• Relevant personal and family history

• Trauma history (when applicable)

• Current and past stressors

• Interpersonal and community functioning

Evaluations are conducted exclusively by our Lead Clinician to ensure the highest level of clinical accuracy and integrity.

Fees & Payment Information

• Flat Rate per Evaluation: $700
  (Includes one clinical interview, report preparation, and coordination with legal counsel if needed)

• Court Testimony (if required):

  • $150 per hour

  • A $600 non-refundable deposit is required at least 7 days in advance, covering a minimum of 4 hours of court time.

  • Deposits are transferable with appropriate notice if court dates are rescheduled.
