Tai John, LPC
Tai John, LPC is a Caribbean-American Licensed Professional Counselor who is deeply committed to dismantling the negative stigma surrounding mental health, particularly within ethnic and marginalized communities. With a passion for culturally competent care, Tai creates a safe, affirming space where clients can explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment or misunderstanding.

In her clinical work, Tai supports clients in addressing common concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress, while also specializing in areas often overlooked in mainstream care—including life transitions, emotion regulation, self-worth and self-esteem, colorism, assertive communication, boundary-setting, and personal empowerment. Her approach is eclectic, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, honoring the belief that no two healing journeys are the same.
Tai meets clients exactly where they are, walking alongside them as they grow, heal, and reclaim their sense of identity and purpose. Her goal is not only to help clients navigate life’s difficulties but also to equip them with the tools and insight needed to thrive.

Tai offers both in-person and virtual therapy sessions and is currently available Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. She welcomes individuals who are ready to embrace change and take empowered steps toward their emotional well-being.
