Vertina Jones, LPC-A
Vertina received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brandman University in 2017 while serving on active duty in the United States Navy. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Arts in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Houston Christian University in 2024.

She specializes in working with adolescents and young adults in treating anxiety, depression, family issues, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. Vertina utilizes a holistic approach integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered therapy.

Vertina enjoys helping diverse clients foster their capacities and coping mechanisms to improve their daily lives and experiences. She is committed to creating a safe, secure environment cultivating client support and resource advocacy. Vertina is passionate about utilizing counseling principles and practices that encourage self-awareness and the discovery of a healthy consolidated identity while breaking unfulfilling patterns.
