Services Offered
Our experienced providers offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy sessions, as well as Assessment & Immigration Evaluations. We are pleased to inform you that we accept insurance for all types of therapy, with the exception of couples therapy, family therapy, and Immigration Evaluations, which are private-pay services.
Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers one-on-one support to help clients address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns in a confidential setting. Clients work with a licensed therapist to explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being. Treatment is tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.
Couples and Family Therapy

Couples and family therapy focuses on improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships within a couple or family unit. These sessions provide a safe and supportive space to address relational challenges, rebuild trust, and promote healthier interactions. Therapists help participants gain insight into patterns, dynamics, and effective ways to support one another.
Group Therapy

Group therapy brings together individuals who share similar challenges or treatment goals in a supportive and structured setting. Led by a licensed therapist, group sessions focus on skill-building, shared experiences, and peer support. Topics may include managing anxiety, processing trauma, improving interpersonal relationships, or building emotional resilience.
After Care Therapy

Aftercare therapy provides continued mental health support for individuals who have recently completed inpatient or residential treatment. This service helps clients maintain progress, prevent relapse, and navigate daily life with ongoing therapeutic guidance. Sessions may include individual therapy, group support, or coordination with other providers to ensure a stable and supported transition back into the community.
CANS Assessments

CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) assessments are comprehensive evaluations used to identify the emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs and strengths of children and adolescents. These assessments support diagnosis, guide treatment planning, and provide documentation for external systems such as CPS, foster care, schools, and juvenile justice programs. Each CANS assessment includes a clinical interview, structured rating of needs and strengths, and a review of the child’s mental health and developmental history, conducted by a certified clinician.
Immigration Evaluations

Immigration evaluations are clinical assessments conducted to support individuals involved in immigration-related legal proceedings. These evaluations include a comprehensive psychosocial assessment that explores current symptoms, mental health history, trauma history, and family/interpersonal dynamics. Evaluations are tailored to support applications for Hardship Waivers, VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), U Visa, T Visa, and Asylum.
