Daina Pagan Guzman, LPC-A

Daina Pagan is a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed professional counselor-associate with a blend of academic qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Mental Health and a master’s
in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Puerto Rico. With over 9 years of experience in mental health, Daina has acquired comprehensive expertise in a variety of settings, offering
individual, couples, and group therapy to children, teenagers, adults, and immigrant populations.

 

Daina is dedicated to supporting individuals in overcoming life challenges and achieving their goals. Her areas of expertise encompass anxiety, disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, anger management, grief and loss, depression, trauma, self-esteem, family conflicts, relationship conflicts, and behavioral issues. Through the application of evidence-based practices such as Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Daina prioritizes establishing an inclusive, client-centered environment to help individuals from diverse backgrounds develop healthy coping mechanisms and improve their overall well-being.
