Position Overview
This role outlines the expectations and responsibilities of a contracted Professional Counselor. Contracted clinicians are expected to provide ethical, high-quality clinical services while maintaining compliance with all applicable state laws, licensing board regulations, and professional standards.

Practicum Program
Eligible Participants

Graduate-level students seeking practicum, internship, or field placement hours
Position Overview
The Practicum Program provides structured clinical training and supervision for graduate-level counseling students completing required practicum or internship hours. The experience is designed to support the development of clinical competency, professional identity, and readiness for independent clinical practice.
Students receive guided support in accordance with academic program requirements and applicable state regulations.

Position Overview
Clinical supervision is provided by our Lead Clinician, Brittany Lewis, LPC, and is designed to support professional growth, ethical practice, and clinical competency in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
Supervision focuses on:

Treatment planning and clinical decision-making

Ethical considerations and adherence to professional standards

Ongoing professional development and licensure readiness
Supervision is individualized to meet each supervisee’s clinical needs, experience level, and licensure requirements.
