At TTC you do not need to schedule a consultation if you are ready to begin therapy. You may directly schedule your initial session to start your mental health journey.
However, some of our clinicians offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation. This is designed to help determine if the fit is right, answer any questions you may have, and discuss the next steps before beginning ongoing therapy. This option provides additional support for clients who want to feel confident and comfortable with their therapist before committing to regular sessions.
